ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES REGULATIONS
If you order Wine or any Alcoholic product from us You are presenting to us that you are at least 21 years of age or older, and the person to whom it is being Shipped to is also at least 21 years of age or older. A valid ID and a Signature will be REQUIRED at time of Delivery, packages containing alcoholic products will not be left at the door. If no Adult age 21 years or older is not present of the time of Delivery all Packages will be returned to Sousa's Wines and Liquors. Buyer will be responsible for part or all shipping Charges. We strongly advise if you are ordering any Alcoholic Products from us to be Shipped to a place of Business or Office where an Adult of Age 21 years or older will be present with a valid ID to accept the packages. Please check with your State and County laws for regulations on receiving alcoholic beverages from other States. When you place an order with us you are asking us to ship for you, on a carrier of your choice to deliver the goods to you.therefore you as a customer are responsible for your merchandise once it leaves our location including any alcoholic products that was placed by you By placing an order for alcoholic products you are telling us that you are an Adult 21 years of age or older,if your State requires additional taxes to be paid, you are fully responsible to pay such tax.
Currently we NOT allowed to Ship Alcohol items to:
Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa,Hawaii, Kansas, Missouri,Michigan, Maryland, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont,Virginia and Wisconsin. Please check back time to time as State Laws do change their regulations on shipping and receiving alcoholic products.If your State is listed here Please do not attempt to place an order, it will be canceled and voided and no further action will be taken.If by any means an order was shipped that contained alcoholic beverages to a State listed above that package should be returned without being open to avoid legal action by your State if you decide not to return such package you can be liable for legal damages including ours  We do ship any other products to these states.
SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped in two to three Business days, not counting weekends and Holidays, Depending where you live it may take five to seven days for delivery,if weather is a factor carrier is responsible for late delivery, if there is further delay on our part an email will be sent advising such.Shipping is available only for the Continental United States excluding Alaska We do not ship International or to any P.O.Box Address, if your order contains Alcohool products it can only be shipped Fedex Ground, carrier will NOT accept Express shipping for such products.
DELIVERY:
It is the customer's responsibility to be present at time of delivery. If no one is available, a second attempt to deliver will be made. If the second attempt is not successful ALL items will be returned to Sousa's Wines & Liquors. The Customer will incur Some or All of the cost of Shipping and Handling charges, even if the Customer refuses the order.
