Q: Can I order wine and food items together in one order? A: Yes, you can. But you must be 21 years of age or older to order and to receive alcohol items. Q: Can I place my order online and pick up at store location? A: Yes. You can save on shipping charges by picking up the package at the store location. In order for you to pick up the package, click "Will Call" on the checkout page. Q: Can I choose any carrier to deliver my package? A: Yes At this time, we are limited to only working with FedEx and UPS Q: Can I order any perishable foods (liguica, cheese, cream cheese, etc.) online? A: Yes, you can. But to prevent spoilage, it would have to be shipped overnight [at a higher cost] or picked up at the store location. Q: I would like to order Bacalhau(dried codfish). Can it be shipped with the other items? A: Yes. Because the Bacalhau is cured(salted and dried) it can be shipped with the other non-perishables. Q: What happens if I receive a damaged product? A: All packages are insured with FedEx. If you receive a damaged product, a credit would be issued to your account. A: We are open 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Q: Do you ship packages to Brasil? A: Yes, we do. We represent Brasil Courier as the shipping company.
